Payment Options:

We accept payment via Paypal.  If you do not have a Paypal account, you may use their service through your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.  We also accept certified checks or money orders.

Shipping Rates:
Upon checkout, check shipping rate chart to determine the cost per order.  Free shipping to residents of New York and New Jersey.


Shipping Time

All orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). During the holiday season, order processing may take up to 5 business days. However, lead time is also based on stock availability and or manufacturer/vendor shipping estimations.  In the event of a delay we will notify you via e-mail.

Sales Tax:

All Star Princess collects 7% sales tax on orders shipped to residents of New Jersey only.  Orders shipping outside of New Jersey will not be charged sales tax.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satified with your purchase. If you are not you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund (less original shipping charges). All Star Princess reserves the right to refuse any returned item/items. 

  • Any custom made, personalized items and special orders are considered final sales and are non-returnable.
  • Apparel and Dress Ups that have been washed, altered or show signs of wear are non-returnable. 

  • ***All items must be returned in the condition we shipped it.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please make an effort to return the items in the same care and condition that we shipped it in.***

    If you wish to return your purchase you must e-mail All Star Princess for an RA number (return  authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender. We cannot guarantee a proper credit without an RA number.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

    We will never ship you damaged merchandise.  For items damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for further instructions. Any non-compliance with this will result in non-refund of purchase.

    Our Privacy Policy:

    We take the utmost care when handling customer contact and credit card information. We respect your privacy and guarantee that we will never automatically add you to our mailing list unless you sign up, nor will we sell your private information to any third party. Your phone number and e-mail address are used strictly for the purpose of contacting you about your order if needed.
